Pricing Structure
At Cascade Headache Care, I’ve made the decision not to work directly with insurance companies. While I understand this may feel like a barrier, I believe this approach allows me to provide the highest quality, patient-centered care without the constraints imposed by insurance panels. The current insurance-driven healthcare system often limits time, care options, and flexibility, which can lead to rushed visits and suboptimal outcomes. By stepping outside of that system, I can focus entirely on delivering the care you need in a way that aligns with my values and your goals.

Many patients are able to get reimbursed for a significant portion of the cost of care by submitting a superbill (an itemized receipt for healthcare services) to their insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. However, this means that you will need to pay for your visit upfront and handle the submission process yourself. I’ll provide you with everything you need to submit your superbill, and I encourage you to reach out to your insurance provider to ask about their out-of-network reimbursement policies.

Making Care Accessible
I understand that paying out-of-pocket can be a challenge, and I’m committed to making care as accessible as possible. If you’re unable to pay the full price of care, I offer:
-
Payment Plans: Flexible options to spread payments over time.
-
Sliding Scale Pricing: Reduced rates based on financial need for those who qualify.
If cost is a concern, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I want you to feel comfortable discussing your situation, and together, we’ll find a solution that works for both of us.
Email me at hello@cascadeheadache.com with a brief explanation of your circumstances, and we can take things from there.
Services
Telehealth Visits
Most visits are conducted virtually, allowing you to receive care from the comfort of your home. Telehealth visits include the same high level of personalized care as in-person appointments, ensuring accessibility and convenience for our patients.

Injections, if prescribed, will be delivered on specific in-clinic days, which will be a service offering provided in the future.
