Botox for Chronic Migraine
At your appointment, we'll confirm if you meet criteria for the diagnosis of Chronic Migraine. If appropriate, Botox may be prescribed as treatment.
Botox at Cascade Headache is cash-pay. Once you've paid for your medication, we order it for you and keep it safe at our office until your appointment.
You'll come in for your in-office injections. We use the standard FDA-approved protocol of 31 injection sites around the head, neck, and shoulders and can provide additional customization based on your specific pain pattern.
After your visit, you can request a superbill. Anything you choose to do with it is between you and your insurance plan.
Botox is a cash-pay service at Cascade Headache.
The injection visit is $350, paid at the time of service. The medication is billed separately at our cost, and we order it once it’s paid for. FSA and HSA cards are welcome for both.
Cascade Headache doesn’t work with insurance for Botox. A superbill is available on request, and any insurance submission is up to you.
